We want you to love your Silver Kisses gift. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll replace any faulty item as quickly as possible.

Made-to-Order Policy
All our gifts are custom made to order. Once your order is placed, it’s sent immediately to our production partner and typically ships within 2–3 business days. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel, modify, or accept returns for change-of-mind or non-faulty items.
